All product warranties will be handled though the manufacturer according to their terms and instructions.
Product must be returned to manufacturer per their instructions.
Returns of product to Gulf Coast Satellite for reasons other than warranty problems must be done within 10 days of receipt of merchandise (verified by carriers receipt, or Gulf Coast Satellite receipt). Merchandise must be complete and in original packaging, and in 100% new condition, a 10% restocking charge will be deducted from the returned item, customer will pay return freight charges. Items not deemed to be in 100% new condition will have a 25% restocking charge. There will be no refund if the product is in a used condition, at which time it will be returned to customer freight collect.
Customer must first obtain a Return Authorization number that must be included inside the package.
NO refunds after 10 days.
The installation warranty for mobile equipment done at our location or at satellite locations is that the installation will be free of material and workmanship defects for a period of 180 days from date of invoice.
Application of this warranty away from our facility will require multiple photographs and direct conversation with repair facility of your choice before work is started. Product warranty will be covered by the manufacturer according to their terms.
The installation warranty for fixed location Broadband Satellite Internet equipment will be done according to the terms set forth by HughesNet or WildBlue, the equipment warranty will be covered by the manufacturer according to their terms.
The installation warranty for fixed location FTA Satellite TV installations is that the installation will be free of material and workmanship defects for a period of 90 days from the date of installation. The equipment warranty will be covered by the manufacture according to their terms.
Installation warrantys are voided upon acts of nature, terrorism, vandalism, customer abuse or negligence.
