Standard Residential Installation Includes the Following

Free delivery of Your HughesNet Equipment by your Certified installer on the day of installation.
No trip charge for remote locations.
On the day of installation, a free site survey to determine the best location for your new dish.
            If we can't get you a signal, there will be no charge to you.
            You can cancel at any time before the system is completely installed at no charge to you.
Mounting and grounding the antenna at an approved location at your residence. The location must
            have a line of sight to the satellite and it must be accessible with a 25' ladder.
            Antenna must be mounted a minimum of 5' off the ground and out of reach of small children. 
            Wall mounts can not be to surfaces or building materials that can not support the wall mount (for
           example,stucco,aluminum or vinyl siding).
Using an installer laptop to obtain pointing parameters and conduct a cross polarization test of the
            HughesNet system to verify receipt of satellite signal.
Drilling 1 exterior and 1 interior point of entry and installing 1 wall jack.
Installing and routing two exterior RG-6 coaxial cables from the antenna assembly, through the
           exterior point of entry through the interior point of entry to the wall jack. A standard installation
           includes 100' of cable for each cable run.
Connect ground wire from the ground block to a NEC-approved bonding point.
Installing and weather sealing appropriate cable bushing, wall penetrations, and mounting points.
Using an installer laptop to obtain pointing parameters and conduct a cross polarization test of the
            HughesNet system to verify receipt of satellite signal.
Activating and commissioning your HughesNet system, with your permission.
Demonstrate your HughesNet system is operational by browsing the Internet.
Cleaning up all debris after the installation is complete.
Completing the Installation Leave Behind Sheet and obtaining your signature.

Standard professional installation is included with all service plans. Once you place your order, within 24 hours you will be contacted by a certified HughesNet installer to schedule your installation. On that date he will arrive with all necessary HughesNet  equipment to complete the installation. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requires that only trained professionals may install 2-way satellite systems.

Non-Standard installation fees apply when additional labor and materials that exceed the standard installation guidelines listed above are necessary or requested, to complete the installation. Other options than those listed might be available.
