DirecStar has an array of sizes to suite many applications and bandwidth specifications. These systems are extremely Easy to use, park your your vehicle in an area with a good view of the southern sky and simply Press a button, within 4-7 minutes you will have broadband Internet coverage.
Requires little training and no external computer
These are not, in motion systems.
Multiple service providers are available even beyond those that we associate with, however between HughesNet and iDirect we can handle any application. The dish size you will need is determined by the bandwidth you require, the service provider that can supply your needs, and the areas you are going to be traveling in. Consultation is required to answer these questions.
Geographic service area covers most of North America and Mexico however, as with most communications there are some less than perfect service areas which will vary based on your bandwidth requirements, service provider, dish size, and the satellite you are assigned to. The installation charges for dishes under 1m start at $800.00 and include a basic WiFi router.
